Q:What size should I order if I am in between sizes?A:If you are in between sizes it is recommended by the manufacturer that you size down to the next whole size. (For example: If you wear a size 8.5,you should order a size 8.) They may be snug at first, but the footwear will stretch a little as the fleece footbeds form to each individual foot.Check Size Chart Now!
Q:How do I know if I have the right size?A:UGG Footwear should be snug, but not uncomfortable. They will give a little as they mold to your foot, resulting in a comfortable fit.
We suggest that you take the time to get the sizing right with our
sizing instructions. Why? It will be a pain to exchange them for the
right size (even though we’re happy to help you out) and your boots
will actually last longer if fitted right. The leathers should fit
snuggly but not be stretched too tightly which will eventually cause
your toes to poke through the ends of the boot.
We list in our ‘Add to Cart’ sizing options the CM measurement of all
sizes. These measurements are the length of the foot the boot is
designed for so all you need to do to find the perfect size first time
is measure your foot.
Ugg Boot Sizing Instructions
1. Take a ruler and measure both feet from heel to toe.
2. Take the longest measurement (often feet will vary by 0.5cm or so)
3. Select add to Cart and choose the cloest size in CM
4. Size up if you’re in between a size.
Sizing Issues:We provide advice below for the fit and care of your new footwear.
Before you hit the pavement, trail, ...or beach in your new footwear, be sure you have a proper fit.
Be sure to test your new footwear on a clean, indoor carpeted surface for a minimum of one hour to be positive you have
a proper fit.
Try on both shoes; most people have one foot slightly larger than the other.
These
fitting recommendations are for your benefit as we want your new
footwear to be comfortable and long-lasting. If you feel a little tight
when you try them on, please make sure put into slightly!
As a
natural product sheepskin and traditional handicraft product is prone
to stretching within the first few days of wear. If your boots are
slightly too small it is recommended that you wear them for at least 24
hours and they will stretch to fit your feet. If your boots are still
not the correct size after 24 hours then we will be happy to provide an
exchange for you.
NOTE: In our opinion, you should select
the correct size you need. We are not responsible for the size not fit
right. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
We provide a
Chart of how our sizes convert to the international sizes, however this
is an approximation only. The best way to ensure you’ll buy a correct
size is to measure your bare foot length in centimeters or inches and
then look in our Ugg Boots Size Chart to see which size Uggs boots will
fit you best.
It is best to measure your foot to
get the best fit for your Ugg Boots.Your bigger bare foot (usually your
right) length measured from heel to top of the big toe.
The best
way to measure your foot is to place your bare foot against the wall,
use a pencil to mark the top of your toe and the bottom of your heel.
Our
footware runs true to the size, if your bare foot measurements falls
between the bare foot length measure on our chart then you can go
either way depending on how you like to wear your footware. For example,
if your bigger bare foot measures 25cm and you go down half a size, it
will be very snug at first, the toe will be right at the top but after
walking in them for a while they will stretch and will be just right.
Please note that the OUTDOOR style (Rubber Sole) is a bit bigger in
sizing. This footwear is designed to be worn barefooted to maximise the
cushioning and warmth of sheepskin. Your ugg boots should feel snug at
first, the sheepskin will press down moulding to the shape of your foot.

Tip: UGG Boots are made of high quality, genuine sheepskin with premium
fleece. However, it will prone to be teared if you run into with wholly
strength when you feel a bit tight. In a Hot-sale season, sometimes,
items are checked and packed when they just be made, So it is normal
that there is a little strange odor when you open up your package,
which comes from the desiccant-it keeps the sheepskin dry. It will fade
away after being kept in a well ventilated place for a certain time or
after you wear for a certain time.
