If you receive damaged boots we will gladly provide a refund or replacement at no cost to you, upon receiving proof of damage. We do generally trust people, however we have had to implement this policy because of the very small percent of people who ruin it for everyone else by being dishonest.

Our "no quibble" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchases, simply return your purchase in its original packaging, with your original packing slip and miugg.com Order Confirmation E-mail Receipt within 7-days of your purchase for a partial refund or exchange.Because the first round delivery cost has been charged by shipping company, this cost will not be returned.

Wrong Size
Please ensure you have worn your ugg boots for a period of at least 24 hrs prior to considering a size exchange, the sheepskin will stretch to fit the contours of your feet. If your ugg boots are still not the correct fit, we are happy to exchange free of charge for the correct size.

Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched.Cause that we process all orders as quickly as possible within 4-6hours after orderss placing, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed.
