Our
genuine sheepskin footwear is resilient to the basic elements, but if
they do get very wet you need to let them dry in a shaded area away
from the sun and rain. Our sheepskin boots are not waterproofed when
you receive them, so they won’t withstand rain or snow for very long.
Using waterproofing spray such as Sheepskin Water & Oil Repellent
can help protect the boots from the harsh elements. The first time this
coating is applied should ideally be when the footwear is new.
The
product colours on this site are representational only. Actual colours
on finished products may vary from those displayed. Sheepskin is a
natural product and colours of different pairs of boots may vary
slightly in dye penetration from time to time according to the lanolin
content within individual skins.
The darker colours may transfer some dye to the feet for some time at the beginning of wearing the new boots.
